For things I can't do myself, this is the only place I will trust to take care of my care. Always gets done right the first time.

They serviced my car last week. They have really good customer service.

So grateful I found 5 Star!!!!!! So attentive, helpful, and solved my problem while saving me money. I have had extremely awful services in the past. It is always something when I get work done to my car. I am a single mother and need a safe vehicle. I barely made it to there shop where they gave me a free diagnostics and came up with a solution at the best price without upselling me. In the end they saved me form spending an unnecessary 800 dollars in another shop!!! Definitely going back.

Had a great experience with this shop. Had a full inspection & brake job done. Their website was easy to navigate & schedule an appointment with. Great customer service, timely work, and they even had a loaner for us to use while the truck was in the shop! Couldn't recommend more!

My Friend recommended 5 Star Auto to me and they definitely live up to their name!!! A good mechanic is as good as finding gold. These guys are honest and take the time to repair your car the proper way. I always try to support local as much as I can and these guys will be my go to" car doctors from " from here on out. I highly recommend them!!!!!

My daughter and I were on a vacation in Cincinnati when we had an unexpected problem with our van. The car alarm started going off inexplicably, while we were driving, and we didn't have the button to deactivate it. We decided to call Five Star Auto, and they very generously explained what to do over the phone. What a relief! They were courteous and professional, and there was no profit in it for them. Just good people. We are forever grateful!

No one ever wants to go to the auto repair shop! So when I figured the heater core started leaking I was not happy about it. I took my vehicle we looked at it in the drive and he stated that yep it looks like a heater core at the tune of 1200 bucks. A day later they called me and said it wasn't the heater core someone had put window washer solvent with green dye in the reservoir. It gave the appearance of a heater core leak but was not. These guys could have charged me for a heater core and I wouldn't have known the difference. Talk about straight up honesty!

This is the ONLY place I take my cars. Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable, and HONEST. If you need anything fixed right the FIRST time EVERY time, look no further. Whether it is old or new, foreign or domestic, they take care of it. And, since the owner has worked on cars for over 35 years, he has seen it all. ABOVE and BEYOND!!!!

I wouldn't trust our vehicles with anyone else! 5 Star continues to provide excellent, dependable and timely service every time its needed. Thanks Guys! You're the best!
