I was new to the Cincinnati area and after reading the reviews I decided to bring my vehicle here. Great choice, they have gotten me in on a very tight schedule. Staff is always very friendly and respectable. They have given me rides to and from home while my vehicle was getting repaired and also gave me a rental car so I could make it to work. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I recently relocated to the Cincinnati area and needed to get a brake job on my Subaru Forester. After reading through Google reviews, I selected this shop in Cheviot. I spoke to the owner on the phone to make the appointment and he was courteous and helpful. I was given a loaner car to use to run some errands while they worked on my car. I was not charged for an evaluation of my emergency brake or my front brakes and was told I only needed a rear brake job. I thought I needed both front and back brake work so he could have easily convinced me that was the case. My car was finished earlier than promised, and the invoice was LOWER than the estimate. I would highly recommend this business!

They offer quick service, which is especially helpful when my car is in need of repair. They provide a ride home so I don't have to wait while my car is being serviced. They also provide a loaner car if they need to keep it longer. Great service, great folks to work with, very professional and they know how to fix my car, right! I also appreciate that they guarantee their work. Couldn't ask for more.
