Excellent service. Great work done at an affordable price. They don't try to tack on extra expenses like most auto shops. I appreciate being told "what to look out for" or "what to expect next time" rather than being told that something needs to be fixed right now and by the way it's going to be $500.

I had a problem with the cooling system bleeder valve in my car. After inquiry I took the car to 5 Star. They quoted a price that was substancially less expensive. Provided a car so I could continue to my businesss and reparied it in a timely fashion. Exactly the kind of service that is needed.

I was visiting Cincinnati from out of state and my car broke down on the interstate with a blown transmission. Along the side of the road, I searched for auto shops where I could have my car towed. After calling a few places, I talked to Deron at 5 Star Auto and knew right away that was who I wanted to look at my car.
