Great people. I've been back multiple times for various repairs and services and I've always been treated with exceptional care

I bought a car thinking is was backed by a warranty, only to find it was sold as is. Even though they worked on the price for a exhaust and a alternator soon after I bought it there were other problems. The front breaks needed replaced soon after. I never got a call about the brakes being under the warranty after I stopped by and left my number. I took my car to Cheviot Auto which I can trust and had the brakes repaired. There were other problems that he fixed which cost me money. These should of been fixed before selling the car. When you buy a car from a repair shop, you hope they have gone over the car because their name is behind the sale. Being a local small business, I hope they change their business ethics and learn from this review.

Jason & Derron took care of me by providing me with a loaner car while the process of my car getting repaired, even wen there was still a problem with my car they took a look at it fixing it right away. Didn't have to miss work & was able to complete other errands. Thank you guys..😊

Ladies, tired of auto repair shops making you feel like you were lucky to get your car to their shop because the check engine light is on? Not only will 5 Star call and tell you what is wrong before they repair your car they will tell you what you don't need done. They are honest and fair priced.
