Cincinnati Auto Repair

Car was making noise from engine. Took to 5-star - they diagnosed, kept in contact with me regarding the repair (water pump) - and let me know about other suggested items for routine maintenance. (they even noticed a burnt out license plate light!). I was able to use their loaner car - so there was no inconvenience to me for not having my vehicle. The shop is one of the cleanest and organized I have seen. Great job and thanks!

I've never been to 5-Star before. A neighbor recommended it. I was very pleased with the quick, professional service. My tire was repaired and I had the car back in less than an hour. I will certainly use 5-Star the next time that I have a problem with my Honda.

I have been coming here for a few years. I really like this garage. They have kept all 3 of my cars in top running shape. They explain everything in case you don't speak car. Very nice personal also.

Mike gave me a clear explanation of the issues with my vehicle, broke down my options and allowed me to make the final decisions regarding what services and repairs I was willing to move forward with. I was given a free loaner vehicle, which drove very well, and was back in my car within 2 days. The total cost was under the quote he had given me. I will absolutely be returning to 5 Star Auto Care.
