this is a great review that I am leaving for these guys very thorough prompt and pleasant. I would certainly recommend going to them in the future. The price was reasonable to have a full diagnostics for the problem I was having. However just a small critique if I bring you a car that is worth $3000 and you tell me that it’s going to cost $7000 to replace the transmission, that’s a problem. The cost to repair the vehicle has to somehow either come close to or less than the actual cost of the vehicle. If the cost is twice as much as the actual vehicle then you should say to the owner “honestly if I were you I’m not sure this car is worth repairing the cost is going to double the value of the vehicle. Now if you are in love with this car then it will cost you $7000 to continue to drive it. But in my humble opinion I would suggest you save your money and look for another car”

I’ve been going to 5 Star since it opened, actually I’ve had Darren doing my car services since he worked for another garage and then went on his own. Cars are always ready on time, does great work and he only fixes what needs to be fixed. You can’t ask for more than that!

Got my car repaired and back time faster than expected. Also provided loaner car.

Car servicing is expensive, but if you don't have an experienced mechanic and an honest one, it's even more expensive. I met Darren and Mike and they were informative, honest and efficient. Mike explained exactly what services needed to be performed...the items were explained and the cost....Friendly and professional. I am new to this area and I found a great place to service our vehicles. The 5 Star shop was clean and organized and Mike is the perfect gentleman. They really took care of our vehicle. Like I said, car maintenance can be expensive, but if you have the wrong people servicing your car, it's even more expensive. Do it right and go see these guys for your "ease of mind repairs" , you will be very pleased with their work.
